We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an entry‑level Commercial Energy Auditor. You will be in a customer‑facing role meeting with commercial and industrial business owners and operators to install energy efficiency measures, conduct energy efficiency audits, pre‑ and post‑installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities throughout a defined territory in Central Louisiana.

• Travel daily throughout a defined territory; company vehicle provided
• Conduct entry‑level commercial energy audits for small and mid‑sized facilities
• Engage directly with customers and contractors to explain program offerings, encourage participation, and address basic questions
• Accurately document inspections, installations, and customer interactions in accordance with program requirements
• Perform on‑site installation of energy efficiency measures, including physical labor and use of basic tools
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed

• Experience in industries such as construction, facility maintenance, or installation
• Customer service skills
• Legal driving age of 21 years or older and a valid driver’s license with a clean record meeting CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
• Ability to pass a post‑offer pre‑employment drug test and a satisfactory motor vehicle report check during ongoing employment
• Compliance with applicable DOT qualification requirements if required

• Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently
• Standing or walking for extended periods of time
• Repetitive hand motions
• Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds; climb and work from a ladder; use power tools

• Primary work schedule:
  Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM Central Time (may vary depending on customer and site‑specific requirements)
• Field‑based position; not work‑from‑home
• Entry‑level manual labor position with on‑the‑job training provided

Hourly: $18.80 – $28.30 USD, determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.
