Southeast Connections, LLC is hiring a Foreman in Suffolk, VA to lead crews working on natural gas pipeline construction, repair, and maintenance projects. This role oversees field operations, ensures compliance with safety and installation standards, and manages crews performing gas distribution and buried pipeline infrastructure work.

The Foreman will supervise construction teams, manage documentation and reporting, monitor jobsite safety conditions, and serve as the main point of contact for customers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Candidates must have strong knowledge of gas installation techniques, pipeline materials (polyethylene and steel), corrosion control, and excavation practices.

• High school diploma
• 2+ years gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience
• 3+ years field experience preferred
• Proficient knowledge of gas distribution systems
• Ability to read blueprints (as-builts)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Prior foreman experience
• Strong crew leadership and training experience
• Leak detection and excavation equipment proficiency
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance background
