The selected Electrical General Foreman will be a key addition to the mission critical team for projects valued at $20M–$100M in electrical scope. This position does require willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region and Journeyman Licensing. Prior experience representing the Electrical Contractor on industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or data center projects is required for serious consideration. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure compliance with contract specs.
  • Planning, supervising, and directing personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating issues that could impact the established project budget and timeline.
  • Holding meetings onsite with key stakeholders and personnel to provide progress reports.
  • Delegating tasks effectively and holding others accountable to achieve project milestones.
  • Keeping schedules updated ensuring proper allocation of labor and equipment resources.
  • Helping to enforce the site safety and QC plans.
  • Helping to mentor and train field electricians.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of field leadership experience on construction projects of similar size and scope.
  • Electrical Journeyman License.
  • Complete understanding of project design, drawings, specs, and installation requirements.
  • Prior experience with design-build and/or design-assist data center projects is a PLUS.
  • Prior experience with electrical projects $20M–$100M.
  • Prior experience assisting the Superintendent with updates to the project schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective people management skills including the ability to delegate.
  • Understanding of construction and labor scheduling and cost control.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure that project milestones are achieved.
  • OSHA 30.
Compensation Package
  • Salary $80k–135k (based on experience and certifications).
