Perform general maintenance on building structure and systems including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other items;
Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I and Type II preferred or Universal preferred;
Standard working hours from 7:00AM to 3:30PM (ET) with on-call coverage;
Ensure safety and compliance in daily maintenance tasks;
Maintain Virginia driver's license and required certifications
