Job Title:

Implementation Services Developer

For this position we are looking for a developer with 1-3 years of experience. Applicant must be willing to learn various other technologies. This could include programming languages, web, and XML technologies. In addition to software development, applicant should be willing to perform application configuration, documentation, and testing.

• Provide effort estimates and status
• Assist with the implementation of content management projects in a variety of roles including software development, configuration, and testing
• Collaborate with other team members and customers

• Proficient in C#
• Working knowledge of requirements analysis and task estimation
• Working knowledge of source control systems such as Git or SVN
• Knowledge of and experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle
• Use of issue tracking system

• Preference given to applicants with Graduate Degree and requisite technical skills
• Other applicants must have at least 1-3 years of experience in requisite technical skills
• Additional attributes: self-starter, quick learner, knowledge sharing, team player, and comfortable working remotely and independently

• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies as needed
• Ability to work within budgets and with strict deadline requirements
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects working with supervisor to prioritize
• Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably
• Can decide and act without having the total picture, handling risk and uncertainty
• Comfortable participating in virtual meetings with internal and external stakeholders (camera on), and face-to-face communications
