Coordinate between transportation providers, sales brokers, and customer buyers to ensure timely delivery;
Support logistics operations by resolving delivery issues and facilitating communication;
Monitor shipment status using tracking software and update relevant teams;
Assist with securing and rescheduling delivery appointments to meet customer expectations
