Job Overview

CDL A Truck Driver – Dedicated Account Salary & Performance Pay Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary plus extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

• Pick up preloaded trailers at the DC outside Front Royal.
• Hook and go on delivery runs.
• Unload boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto conveyor belts; no inventory or merchandising duties.
• Make 2–4 stops per trailer.
• Complete daily loading & unloading tasks, then return to DC for the next load.
• Drivers are home weekly (not guaranteed weekends).

• Orientation in Dayton for ~2 days; company pays transportation, hotel, and meals. Paid $85/day for orientation.
• Training lasts 3–5 days at the daily rate of $215/day. Trainer may be in the same cab or you may get your own truck; you must be willing to accept either arrangement.
• After training, riders and dogs may accompany drivers.
• Drivers may take trucks home, but must be able to park the tractor and trailer.

Drivers receive a daily salary of $215/day plus $300 for each trailer unloaded. Typical earnings are $1,400–$2,000 per week with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• Current CDL in state of residence.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• No more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear ends, rollovers, and any other major violations.
• Not terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• No commercial vehicle moving violations in the last three years; personal vehicle may have up to one of the following: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device.
• No felonies in the last 7 years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
• Must be eligible for a DOT drug test; any failure or refusal—regardless of how long ago—precludes eligibility.
