Kia Suffolk Parts Driver

Job Description

First Team Automotive Group is a family‑owned and operated group of dealerships in the Hampton Roads area. We are looking for a Parts Driver to join our First Team Kia Suffolk Team.

In this role you will deliver and pick up parts to and from local customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. You will also provide high‑level customer service to both internal and external customers, locate out‑of‑stock parts from outside sources, submit emergency orders when necessary, follow up on back‑ordered parts, ensure all customers receive invoices, keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts, maintain a clean and uncluttered delivery vehicle, and uphold a professional appearance and decorum at all times.

• Duties include daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assisting customers and technicians, assisting local vendors, and more.

• Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments
• Organized and able to perform under pressure to meet stated deadlines
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize assignments
• Effective communication with co‑workers and a team‑player mindset
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• CDK system experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
