HIRING IMMEDIATELY: TURRET OPERATOR IN SUFFOLK, VA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Turret Operator to join our team in Suffolk, VA. This individual will be responsible for operating turret trucks to move, store, and retrieve products accurately and efficiently within a cold storage warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior turret truck experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and productively in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled facility.

• Starting at $21 to $21.50/hour

• 2nd shift schedule available
• Located in Suffolk, VA

• Operate turret trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
• Lift, move, and place products at various heights within warehouse racking systems
• Perform pre-operational safety checks on equipment
• Accurately pick, store, and organize inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as required
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in correct locations
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and food safety regulations
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to leadership immediately
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals

• Proven experience as a turret truck operator or in a similar warehouse role
• Valid forklift and/or turret truck certification
  
  Experience working in refrigerated or frozen warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as
  -10°F
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays as needed
