Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD serves thousands of restaurants nationwide, providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers. As part of our warehouse team, you will help move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods to shipping orders on time.

• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification required).
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology—RF scanners, inventory systems—to track orders and inventory.
• Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and at least 6 months of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Ability to use a voice‑directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare orders.

• Shift start time: 4:00 am.
• Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler/freezer: –5 °F to 38 °F).
• Primarily a 5‑day work week.
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing/walking.

• $21.63 per hour.
