What you'll do
- Receive incoming slabs in Moraware (our production system), including photographing each slab and entering it into inventory
- Operate the D2 Iris Scanner to digitize slabs for our Programming team's layout work
- Own slab inventory accuracy - barcode scanning, cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, remnant tracking
- Receive incoming sinks, verify counts against purchase orders, and receive in Moraware
- Maintain organization of the slab yard and sink storage
- Stage slabs for the next day's saw schedule and sinks for next-day installations
- Coordinate truck unloading for slab and sink deliveries
- Supervise and direct two material handlers
- Coordinate daily with our Programming, Purchasing, and Shop teams

- Comfortable leading a small team and directing day-to-day work
- Process-minded - able to take a workflow and bring structure to it
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment with material handling equipment around you
- Forklift experience required, but operating the forklift is not the primary part of this job
- Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse supervision, receiving, or material flow coordination
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems is required; experience with Moraware is a plus, not a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
