Communicate with outbound carriers daily to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs;
Receive drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments;
Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading;
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and maintain data in the WMS;
Assist with material handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading
