• Assist with maintaining new, active, inactive, and pending files for students and veterans.
• Processing incoming mail, emails, and voicemails from students as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls from financial aid students.
• Provide face-to-face customer service to financial aid students as needed.
• Scan documents into the campus system, and check for accuracy.
• Complete other clerical tasks for Financial Aid as needed.

• A Waubonsee student enrolled in at least one credit.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.0 or above.
• Be in good standing with Student Conduct.
• Be making Satisfactory Academic Progress.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
