Java Programming – 11:00 AM‑2:30 PM, Wednesdays, 8/17‑12/12/2026 - Plano Campus: CIS 122:
Network Essentials – 8:00 AM‑11:30 AM, Monday, 8/17‑12/12/2026 - Hybrid, Sugar Grove Campus: CIS 110:
Business Information Essentials – 6:30‑7:45 PM, Thursday, 8/17‑12/12/2026
- Deliver curriculum, provide instruction, and perform student learning assessment.
- Utilize instructional and classroom technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Design syllabi, lessons, activities, assignments, and assessments aligned with course and program outcomes.
- Meet college deadlines for attendance, grades, and data collection.
- Apply learning‑centered principles and motivate student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to serve students and community.
- Demonstrate professionalism through excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4,000 hours of work‑related experience.
- Teaching Cybersecurity or a related field at a Community College or Vocational/Technical institution.
- Teaching traditionally underserved populations.
- Incorporating technology and multimedia applications into the teaching and learning process.
- Teaching in multiple instructional modalities.
- Utilizing Learning Management Systems.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
