Certified Nursing Assistant

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Sugar Grove, IL. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' well‑being, accurately documenting care and changes in health status, and supporting residents with mobility and exercise. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment and fostering a compassionate and respectful atmosphere.

• Skills in day‑to‑day personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Ability to monitor residents' health, document medical updates, and report changes promptly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure positive relationships with residents and families
• Knowledge of mobility support, including patient transfers and assistance with walking
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining a safe and clean environment
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in assisted living or senior care is an advantage
