Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales and Project Manager who knows how to build strong relationships, sell profitable work, and successfully manage projects from start to finish.

- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of service and reroof projects
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Manage projects from initial sale through final completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate with estimators, crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee job quality, scheduling, safety, and profitability
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and relaible forecasts
- Excellent customer communication and overall satisfaction
- 3+ years of commercial low-slope roofing sales experience
- Proven success in both sales and project management
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Ability to sell on value and protect margins
- Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to access rooftops
Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
US Pay Range$70,000—$90,000 USD
