Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry and exit activity, and supporting security-related protocols at the location;
Monitor gates, doors, badge activity, and visitor/vendor check-in processes to deter unauthorized access and document unusual activity in logs/reports;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or leadership when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and perimeter areas with attention to access points and restricted locations;
Coordinate with personnel regarding post orders and temporary entry restrictions during deliveries and contractor access
