Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help discourage security-related concerns. This is a driving post. You will support daily operations through strong communication, professionalism, and customer service while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate logs of people, vehicles, and deliveries entering or leaving the location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Support security-related operations by following post orders, reporting hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents in a clear manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
