, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as a driving access control professional, helping manage site entry and visitor interactions while supporting a secure, welcoming environment. In this role, you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver great customer service through clear communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, unusual activity, and/or policy concerns to help support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
