• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to restore operations safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential problems before they lead to costly failures.
• Install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production support systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation of repairs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies while performing maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Support facility maintenance needs, including lighting, compressed air systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while helping to promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
