As a Retail Team Member at Kilwins, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions, and offering sales suggestions.
• Operating the point-of-sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
• Crafting and serving fresh waffle cones.
• Keeping the store clean and organized while following health and safety standards.
• Creating attractive product displays that reflect Kilwins’ brand standards.
• Participating in general opening and closing procedures.
• Answering the phone and taking orders with a positive attitude.
• Upholding the values and culture of the Kilwins brand in every interaction.

This role requires some physical activity, so candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
