• Responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, researching, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company’s long‑term vision and core markets. This role blends relationship‑based business development with disciplined market research, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key partners.
• Plan and execute relationship‑building activities such as client appreciation events, industry networking events, jobsite visits, and internal engagement opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, sectors, clients, and delivery methods for growth.

• Experience:
  
  8+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
• 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Established network within the Southeast construction market.
