Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting
3 years’ Experience in Public Accounting Required + EA/CPA Preferred
You’re an experienced tax accountant. You don’t need micromanagement or a middle layer getting in the way of dealing with your clients directly.
At this boutique firm, you’ll have the freedom to do what you do best. You’ll work directly with clients and the IRS, with no red tape from the Partner.
But autonomy doesn’t mean you’ll be on your own. You’ll be part of a close-knit, well-developed team, with support available whenever you need it.
Day to day, your work will focus primarily on preparation, with some exposure to review and plenty of back-and-forth dealing with the IRS.
The client base is varied, from individuals to small businesses and expats, so a broad range of experience will help. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives when every day looks a little different.
The culture here is typical of a small, family-focused firm. They understand that life happens, and if you need personal time, you won’t be penalised, you’ll be supported. That sums up their culture really well.
You’ll also enjoy great benefits, including a hybrid schedule from day one, an enhanced PTO policy, full health insurance with dental and vision, and a competitive bonus structure.
Resume not ready? Unsure whether a move is right, right now?
