Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance for business entities (corporations, partnerships, LLCs) and high‑net‑worth individuals, including review and preparation of federal and state returns. Develop and implement strategic tax planning opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities. Lead and mentor tax staff, provide training, and review work for technical accuracy. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering sound tax advice and exceptional service.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure clients remain compliant with evolving tax laws. Participate in new business development and contribute to proposals and client presentations. Qualifications CPA license required. Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience at a public accounting firm. Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and multi‑state tax rules and regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and client‑service skills. Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
