• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information
• Assist with audit requests and compliance requirements
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
• Help maintain internal controls and support accounting best practices
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA, CMA, or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in a corporate accounting environment preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems preferred
