We are seeking a professional and experienced Staff accountant
. This is an on-site position. Only local candidates will be considered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks across A/R, A/P and Inventory Control as part of daily bookkeeping activities.
  • Support AR collections, including customer follow-up and account monitoring.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and assist with detailed financial statement analysis.
  • Organize, maintain, and update company file and accounting records.
  • Complete assigned month-end close responsibilities.
  • Assist with special projects and provide support to the management team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    • REQUIREMENTS
  • College degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience performing similar accounting duties
  • High-level proficiency with Quick Books accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and array formulas
  • Experience with Power Query or Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Team player with positive, collaborative attitude
