Deliver It is looking for a driven Office Administrator/Secretary to help provide high-level support to the Executive Leadership team and help provide top-quality front desk and administrative services to our patients, business partners, and customers.
Responsibilities- Help serve as the patients' and customers' first point of contact—answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help take the initiative in administrative duties and projects as business needs evolve.
- Help manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management and other key employees.
- Assist in partnering with procurement to keep customer orders moving smoothly.
- Track and monitor shipments using digital tools across multiple channels.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and light analysis as needed.
- An associate's degree is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- A true team player who can also run with projects independently.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
