Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The position is based in Sugar Land, TX. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing the CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements, handling confidential documents, preparing expense reports, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. The role will also require coordinating meetings, creating presentations, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level Executive Support
  • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling, and Diary Management
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operational tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
