Contract Lifecycle Management (Ironclad)- Support daily operations of the Ironclad contract management system.
- Assist with contract intake, routing, and workflow tracking.
- Ensure contracts follow established templates and processes.
- Troubleshoot basic system or workflow issues and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Sales, Operations) on contract requests.
- Track compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple entities.
- Assist with Secretary of State filings, including annual reports and registrations.
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filings
- Support tracking of workers’ compensation compliance across jurisdictions.
- Assist with insurance renewals, including data gathering and coordination with brokers.
- Maintain records of policies, renewal schedules, and documentation.
- Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Support legal and compliance activities across nine companies.
- Help standardize and organize documentation across entities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, filings, and compliance documents.
- Update tracking tools (spreadsheets, logs, dashboards).
- Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects.
- Must have 1-3+ years of legal assistant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
