Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive in-house contracts paralegal to support our legal department and internal teams. In this role you will serve as a key coordinator between the legal department, division managers, accounting, executives, and other departments to ensure contract processes are handled efficiently and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities- Assist with reviewing and editing agreements and contract documents.
- Identify legal processing issues and elevate them to appropriate internal and external parties when necessary.
- Create, organize, and update files; scan, mail, and maintain document records to ensure contracts are properly filed and processed.
- Communicate with division managers and contracting parties via telephone, email, and mail as needed.
- Update files with documents, notes, and communications in accordance with company standards.
- Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Support the legal department and other teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Experience0-2 years.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in English, paralegal studies, or a related legal field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to read and review printed and digital documents for accuracy.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external parties. - Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
- Ability to occasionally lift or move files and office materials up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, and telephones.
This is an in‑office position. Work is performed in a professional office environment with routine interaction with internal departments and external parties. The role may require handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
