Company Description FIRST COLONY COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION INC is a real estate-focused community services organization based at 4350 Austin Parkway in Sugar Land, Texas. Role Description The Member Services Coordinator reporting to the Director of Community Relations, is a full-time, on-site role based in Sugar Land, TX. This position serves as a primary point of contact for FCCSA homeowners, residents, and guests while providing administrative support across the Association. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do As our Member Services Coordinator, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, residents, and guests.
- Assist homeowners with questions regarding violation notices and help develop action plans to resolve violations.
- Facilitate applications to the Property Improvement Committee.
- Greet visitors and assist with general questions and requests.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and voicemail messages.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions.
- Process pool access, kayak rentals, facility rentals, cancellations, refunds, and credit card transactions.
- Distribute amenity key cards and assist residents with amenity access.
- Receive and process assessment payments and other applicable fees.
- Maintain Association handouts, informational materials, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and provide general front-office administrative support.
- Assist with communications displayed on the front-office monitor in coordination with the Community Relations Department.
- Attend required Association meetings and events.
- Work collaboratively with FCCSA staff, homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
The role is designed to provide both front-office member service and administrative support throughout the Association.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of successful administrative, front desk, or receptionist experience
. An associate's or bachelor's degree and/or related certifications are preferred. The successful candidate should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable using workplace technology and cloud-based software, and be able to work effectively with homeowners, staff, management, board members, and vendors. A valid Texas driver's license and required automobile insurance are also required for Association business.
