The Director of Business Performance & Operations is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the ITS business operates with discipline, visibility, and consistency. This role connects strategy to execution by leading the business operating cadence, coordinating revenue operations, and providing performance transparency across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). It also leads FORCE (Focused on Reaching Cost Excellence), a structured program to improve cost efficiency, margin performance, and operational discipline across product, supply chain, and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Operations & Performance Visibility
- Coordinate revenue operating processes including pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue conversion
- Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Establish sales process standards and KPI tracking
- Support pricing and margin visibility
- Ensure CRM data integrity
- Business Operating Cadence
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (W , M , Q )
- Maintain KPIs and dashboards
- Provide clear reporting for decision‑making
- Track actions and highlight risks
- Integrated Supply Chain Coordination
- Act as primary interface with ISC
- Align demand planning and production priorities
- Monitor OTIF, quality, and lead times
- Coordinate issue resolution
- Strategic Planning & Execution Tracking
- Support planning cycles
- Track KPIs and strategic initiatives
- Monitor execution progress
- Cross‑Functional Coordination

Pay Range: $ – $* + benefits
* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
