Entry Level Events Associate

Why this role exists:

This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports brand activations and live events while developing marketing and customer-engagement skills. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

• Represent brand initiatives at onsite events
• Engage attendees and prospective customers face to face
• Assist with setup, materials, and event execution
• Gather feedback and support campaign objectives

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
