- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on service requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Assist clients with data entry tasks such as updating account information, processing orders, or recording service requests accurately in our systems.
- Provide comprehensive client support by addressing questions about products, billing, or technical features with detailed explanations.
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and follow-up actions in our database for analysis and quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse client populations.
- Strong sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling or promoting additional services during customer interactions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances your ability to serve a broader customer base.
- Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening to understand client needs thoroughly.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
- Analysis skills to assess customer feedback or issue patterns for process improvements.
- Attention to detail in cash handling procedures and typing accuracy for efficient record-keeping.
