Key Responsibilities:

Experience &

Skills:
  • Call Center Prowess: Six months to two years of call center experience, in a bank or credit union. Teller experience within a Credit Union is also acceptable.
  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or GED is essential.
  • Empathetic Diplomacy: A high level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact are paramount, especially when handling personal or sensitive matters.
  • Exceptional

    Skills:

    Good listening, telephone skills, and proficiency with a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard are a must.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions even with minimal information.
