Loaner Vehicle Representative

These are just a few of the attributes we are seeking in our Loaner Vehicle Representative.
Daily Responsibilities- Monitoring availability of Loaner Fleet
- Issuing loaner vehicles to Service customers
- Walking around vehicle with customer to inspect for damage when vehicle is checked out and returned
- Documenting all information pertaining to the transaction
- Following up on exception vehicles
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in proper working order
This is a value added service our clients have come to appreciate along with our exceptional Customer Service. We are seeking a candidate that will uphold these standards. Additionally, we are looking for:
Qualifications- Previous experience in a Customer Service, preferable in a similar role
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry and computer knowledge
- Availability to work Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday
