Pay rate: $21 - $25/hr on W2

Shift: 40 hrs. per week ; M-F

  • Minimum 2 years of customer/member service experience with a credit union or bank (required)
  • Previous cash handling experience (required)
  • Fiserv/DNA core experience (preferred)
  • Credit Check required No Bankruptcy, No Collections
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-sufficient and work well with other team members
  • Must meet all job description criteria
Summary

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provides account information, opens new accounts, and handles member's daily credit union needs. This position requires the candidate to be service-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and be able to perform a variety of tasks in accordance with credit union procedures. Maintaining all member information in a secure manner is a must.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to member requests via phone, email, walk-ins, and tickets
  • Open new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Perform account maintenance with proper documentation/authorization
  • Assist with plastic card-related issues
  • Promote credit union products and services based on member needs
  • Answer telephones and provide member information
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information
  • Ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and credit union policies
  • Perform backup teller duties, including deposits, payments, cash handling, check cashing, and transaction processing.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer/member service with a credit union or bank; required.
  • Previous cash handling experience; required.
  • Fiserv/DNA core experience, a plus
