We are a leading physical therapy company seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Sugar Land, TX location. The role involves front‑desk duties, greeting and assisting patients, and managing the patient flow.
Responsibilities- Front‑desk operations from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- First and last point of contact for patients upon entry and exit, contributing to daily operations.
- Assist patients with check‑in/out, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude and smile at all times.
- Medical clinic experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to smile.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
