Customer Service Representative

Ashley Furniture -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to provide exceptional service.;
Process sales orders accurately and ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before finalizing transactions.;
Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain customer account information in retail management systems.;
Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions under Office Manager supervision.;
Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalate complex issues to Management, and follow up to ensure resolution.
