Key

Duties and Responsibilities:



• Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.

• Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service provided.

• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers

• Update specifications for orders used for internal and external customers. Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.

• Perform incoming graphic file inspections. Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements

Education
:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.

Experience
:
Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred as well as design software experience, customer service and project management.

• A plus: (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others);
Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others);
Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word).

Skills
:
Strong customer service and communication skills, Detail oriented with a high level of organization, Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.
