Now Hiring:
Licensed Landscape Architect

Majestic Developers is seeking a high-caliber Licensed Landscape Architect to lead landscape strategy across single-family neighborhood and commercial developments.

Our commercial portfolio includes retail, mercantile, hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use environments. These are not paper projects. They are real developments moving from entitlement to construction.

This is a leadership position. You will oversee and mentor landscape designers while working directly with architecture, civil engineering, and construction leadership. We are a vertically integrated development company. We move decisively. We expect ownership.

What This Role Requires
  • Lead landscape master planning for residential and commercial developments
  • Oversee and elevate a team of landscape designers
  • Drive planting design, irrigation systems, hardscape detailing, and streetscape concepts
  • Coordinate closely with civil on grading, drainage, detention, and infrastructure
  • Lead municipal coordination and ensure code compliance
  • Participate in entitlement strategy and city meetings
  • Review construction documents and support field execution
  • Balance design excellence with budget and schedule discipline

This role is for someone who understands development, not just drawings. You must be comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and seeing projects through.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in residential and commercial development
  • Demonstrated leadership over design teams
  • Strong knowledge of Texas municipal processes and development codes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
  • Visualization and rendering capability preferred
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
Compensation and Growth
  • Competitive base salary aligned with leadership experience
  • Comprehensive health benefits launching in Q2
  • Professional development and licensure support
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape large-scale communities from concept to completion
  • Significant upward mobility within a rapidly expanding development company

We are building long-term infrastructure, both in our projects and in our team. If you want your work constructed, not just presented, this is the environment.
