Majestic Developers is a growing real estate development company focused on delivering commercial and mixed-use projects with long‑term value. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our in‑house architecture and predevelopment team.
We are seeking an Architectural Designer who can operate in a fast‑paced development environment and contribute across concept, documentation, and execution.
This role requires adaptability, discipline, and a strong team mindset. Development is dynamic. Priorities shift. Jurisdictional comments evolve. The right candidate remains steady, solution oriented, and focused on execution.
Responsibilities- Assist in site planning and early‑stage design studies
- Produce and coordinate construction documents
- Support permit submittals and jurisdictional responses
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants
- Develop high‑quality renderings, visualizations, and video walkthroughs
- Support predevelopment research, budgeting input, and project strategy
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes without resistance
- Willingness to move between design and detailed production work
- Ownership mentality and accountability
- Clear communication and reliability
- Self‑starter who takes initiative
We are a small, collaborative team that relies heavily on one another. Titles are secondary to capability. Execution and consistency matter.
Technical Qualifications- Proficiency in Revit required
- Working knowledge of Sketch Up and AutoCAD
- Rendering capability such as Enscape, Lumion, D5, or similar
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted visualization workflows
- Ability to produce still renderings and video presentations
- Solid understanding of building codes and ADA
- 5 to 10 or more years preferred
- Commercial or mixed‑use experience is a plus
