The company is embarking on a pivotal phase of growth as we transform into a nationally scalable and culturally relevant brand. Our goal is to redefine our visual identity to align with a modern, minimalistic, and Gen Z-focused aesthetic. As we prepare to open 6-8 new franchise locations this year, this role will play a crucial part in shaping and designing these stores under our newly refreshed brand system.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Refresh & Visual Identity Evolution
  • Audit current brand execution across stores and digital platforms.
  • Refine or redesign visual identity within strategic parameters.
  • Establish a minimal, modern design language that is culturally relevant.
  • Define typography, color hierarchy, layout systems, and photography direction.
  • Build a comprehensive Brand Book with enforceable standards.
  • Store Experience & Interior System
  • Lead the aesthetic evolution of store interiors.
  • Create an Interior Design Playbook for franchise replication.
  • Standardize lighting, materials, textures, finishes, and fixtures.
  • Define ambiance and experiential storytelling elements.
  • Develop modular wall art systems in line with refreshed brand positioning.
  • Oversee creative direction for new franchise locations.
  • Digital & App Brand Direction
  • Redefine website visual direction with a clean, conversion-focused aesthetic.
  • Align app design with refreshed brand system.
  • Create digital design systems for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Creative Leadership & Production
  • Design scalable menu boards for clarity and efficiency.
  • Develop promo screen frameworks for in-store digital displays.
  • Create reusable templates for offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee production of signage, packaging, and campaign creative.
  • Direct freelance designers or agencies as needed.
  • Implement a structured brand approval process.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in brand leadership, hospitality design, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Proven track record in leading brand refresh initiatives.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems.
  • Deep understanding of modern minimal design and Gen Z cultural insights.
  • Strong decision-maker, comfortable collaborating with founders.
  • Experience with franchise or multi-location systems preferred.
