This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sugar Land, TX, for the position of Director - Christ Church School. The Director will oversee the daily operations of Christ Church School, including curriculum development and implementation, staff management, and maintaining a positive and nurturing learning environment. This role will involve ensuring compliance with educational standards, coordinating teacher training, and fostering effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
Additionally, the Director will work closely with church leadership to align the school's mission with the goals of Christ Church Sugar Land.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
- Proven skills in Educational Leadership and managing teams
- Expertise in Training and Coaching educators
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to creating a supportive and faith-based educational experience
- Relevant experience in early childhood or primary school education preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration
