The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Sugar Land, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time, hybrid position supporting a local school district with School Psychology services with a schedule of 4 days on site and 1 day remote. Monolingual or bilingual candidates are invited to apply.

Minimum Requirements- Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in TX
- Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP‑approved or equivalent program
- Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations and participating in IEP team processes
- Conduct on‑site psycho educational evaluations—including cognitive, academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop and support student success plans
- Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted by district)
- Provide consultation and evidence‑based recommendations to school teams
- Work as part of a clinically led team focused on service quality and student outcomes
- Hybrid work schedule—4 days on site, 1 day remote
