Lead Montessori Teacher

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold either a valid Texas teaching certification or a Montessori certification. Candidates must also have a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a Primary, Kindergarten, or Elementary classroom setting.

Montessori Reggio Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary Lead teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, classroom leadership, student development, and creating a positive learning environment. Primary, Kindergarten, and ELM Classroom Teacher

The Primary, Kindergarten, and ELM Classroom Teacher will be responsible for leading a classroom with warmth, structure, and professionalism while supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students. This role includes preparing and delivering age-appropriate lessons, maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, following daily lesson plans, communicating with parents and administration, and supporting the overall success of the students and school.

The teacher should have strong classroom leadership skills and experience working with Primary, Kindergarten, or Elementary-aged students. A State of Texas teaching certification or Montessori certification is preferred and may be required depending on the assigned classroom.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, dependable, and confident in leading a Primary, Kindergarten, or ELM classroom. They should be able to balance structure with creativity, maintain high expectations, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
