General DescriptionDay and evening positions available on WCJC Sugar Land Campus, as well as the El Campo CE designated site.
The responsibility of a Continuing Education Instructor is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The Continuing Education Instructor works to ensure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of all students. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part‑time capacity, contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays.
Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year as well as at various campuses and offsite.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and candidates will be considered as departmental needs arise.
RequirementsThis position requires a minimum of three years of recent experience working as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician. Applicants must have the ability to demonstrate hands‑on Pharmacy Technician techniques and skills to students. A criminal background check is also required.
