• Instruct classes in Pearland, Friendswood & League City (must have reliable transportation)
• Implement age-appropriate dance and gymnastics curricula
• Lead dynamic classes and other styles to engage children of various ages and skill levels.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively to our management team
• Use photography or video to document student progress and create engaging visual content for promotional purposes.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians through clear communication and personalized feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment with proper equipment setup

• Strong background in curriculum development tailored to children’s dance, gymnastics or early childhood education.
• Proven experience in teaching young children with patience and enthusiasm.
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain discipline while encouraging creativity.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies suitable for preschool and early childhood settings.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for students with special needs or varying developmental stages.
• Competence in photography or videography to showcase student achievements.
