• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support the center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
