Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach

We’re seeking passionate individuals who love to teach — whether you're a college student, an educator, or someone who simply finds joy in helping others learn. Screening interviews are happening now with onboarding sessions scheduled for July. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working flexible hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

Academic Coaches who can support Elementary & Middle School students in a range of subjects, including:

• Language Arts
• History
• Natural Sciences
• Math
• Test Prep (Preferred): ISEE

The Academic Coach

Experience:

• Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
• All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.
• A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
• Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches

What you should offer:

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
• Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
• Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
• Are available 10+ hours per week
  , including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours during the school year: Mon–Thur 3:00–9:30pm & Sunday, 10:00am–6:00pm)
